Creekside at Taylor Square Apartments is Pet-Friendly!
As a pet-friendly apartment community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Creekside at Taylor Square. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Our Pet Policy
- Creekside at Taylor Square Apartments allows dogs and cats (breed restrictions apply)
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
- Weight limit is under 100 pounds when fully grown
- A pet addendum, current animal picture, and vet records are required. Please see the leasing office for breed restrictions.
Pet Fees
- $300 pet fee for the first pet and $150 pet fee for the second (nonrefundable)
- $35 per month per pet
